Callstream positions for growth in cloud based solutions for contact centres

Driven by the need to increase capacity and enhance functionality without having to commit to expensive infrastructure costs, contact centre managers are increasingly turning to cloud-based solutions to support their businesses.

Positioning itself for this market opportunity, hosted call management experts, Callstream, has announced plans to consolidate its sister company, Bluebell Telecom.

The move sees the integration of 500 of Bluebell Telecom’s larger customers into the Callstream business, while AIM listed Adept Telecom, a long standing Callstream client, acquires 3,000 of Bluebell’s smaller customers.

Callstream already has a long standing portfolio of 450 corporate customers and an established reputation for the delivery of bespoke, highly effective, integrated call management solutions.  The company aims to capitalise on its areas of expertise, expanding further its range of products and services to meet the growing demands of the marketplace.

The company will align services and create a single Callstream brand focussing on the company’s core strength of providing hosted call management applications to larger UK businesses. Callstream’s established reputation is enhanced with the recent launch of its Webtrace solution – an advanced call tracking solution which can track callers back to their online activity and keyword searches. For any company where a phone number is an important part of their online strategy, understanding exactly which keywords drive phone calls is invaluable.

Callstream has recently completed a comprehensive market and brand review, launching a refreshed brand identity, an expanded product portfolio and marketing strategy to raise its profile within target market of the 25-250 seat contact centre sector.
