This year’s British Insurance Brokers’ Association Conference kicks off in Manchester soon (May 13-14) and we’re delighted to announce that Callstream will be joining the exhibition again this year.

Just one week after the General Election, the conference theme is ‘Delivering our Promise’, with key note speeches from William Hague & Professor Brian Cox. We recently surveyed 2000 insurance consumers on their attitudes to contact centre enquiry response times and credit card security risks. The research found that brokers risk losing customers by not following up online enquiries and by failing to meet PCI compliance standards.
